- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It isn't complicated. I quote 6% commission. I offer 3% to the buyers agent to attracted the best buyers. Their are instances in difficult sales where I have added .5% of the listing commission to help motivate agents to bring full price offers and other arrangements on short sales via bank demand. Ao it really depends on the situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I have many additional certifications, seminars, and classes. I also put on a couple of seminars a year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved homes and buildings since I was a kid. I also love to sell, but have a conscience.. Real Estate alows me to help my clients achieve a measure of their life dream and I love that. Plain and simple.
