Had a nasty leak during the rains, and having never hired a roofer before, and it being an emergency, I was very worried. Every company I was calling seemed to be dilly dallying or trying to take advantage of the situation in order to up sell me. Prime American Roofing was the only company where I felt like I was talking to real human beings that weren't trying to just make money, but actually wanted to help me.
