Levon did an amazing job replacing my garbage disposal. He was professional, polite, and worked very efficiently. The installation was clean and everything is working perfectly now. I had a leak under the kitchen sink that got worse overnight and started soaking the cabinet. At that point I didn’t want to waste time on someone who would just come, look around, and then try to sell a full replacement or come back another day.
I reached out to Levon and he got back to me pretty quickly. He showed up the same day, right on time, which already made things easier. You don’t always get that.
He didn’t rush through it, took his time to check everything properly, not just the obvious spot. Found the real cause of the leak and explained it in a simple way so I actually understood what was going on.
Before starting, he gave a clear price and stuck to it. No upselling, no “we might need to replace this too.” Just focused on fixing the actual problem.
He had the tools and parts with him and handled everything on the spot. No delays, no coming back later. He also checked the nearby connections to make sure nothing else was about to fail.
Work was clean, nothing left behind, everything put back the way it should be.
It’s been some time now and everything is still working the way it should,no leaks, no issues, nothing came back.
