I was extremely satisfied with how my sofa & love seat turned out. It’s so clean & all the stains were gone! Sergey is so thorough & very professional. They use organic cleaning products, not chemicals. It left a clean smell after he was done. I highly recommend this cleaning company. They also clean carpets & mattresses.

Anton, the business owner, arrived on time, with his equipment and described what he would be doing as per our on-line agreement. Specifically he warned that one wool carpet might smell for 48rs and provided follow up instructions.
He spent 3 hrs cleaning 5 carpets that were quite dirty and did an awesome job on them. They smell great, look visibly cleaner. I was not upsold and was billed what he had quoted on Thumbtack and was paid via Zelle. Professional, hard working and excellent value. Couldn’t ask for more.

Anton was fantastic. He responded right away, gave a firm quote, and let me know when he was available. I’m extremely happy with the cleaning of our living room upholstered furniture and large area rug. We didn’t have significant stains but everything was dirty and there were a few spots. Looks like new after Anton’s visit.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have any additional charges, except for odor removal and pilling removal. We also offer a separate furniture drying service. Payment can be made with credit cards, debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay with an additional 5% of the service cost. Cash payment or Zelle transfer are also accepted without any additional fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts us, and we request pictures of their furniture for an accurate cost estimation or offer them to choose similar furniture from pictures. Once the price is agreed upon, we determine a convenient date and time for the customer, and on that day and time, we proceed with the cleaning.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both private clients and corporate companies, as well as various charitable organizations.
