Arvin came to our home to assess the cost of cleaning the carpet in our 3-story home. The price was fair and we agreed on a day and time. On that date, Arvin and Robert arrived with all equipment and tools needed to clean the carpets. They each worked hard and diligently. They were thorough when working throughout our home. They were careful around our possessions and treated all the furniture with great care. Both were professional, polite, and respectful. The carpets look amazing. I got their number from Facebook after someone recommended them, and Im so glad I did. The company is Sofa Shine Pros. Arvin is the one running the business, but his dad Albert came for the service.At first, I was a little confused and even asked if he knew Arvins numberI just wanted to make sure the right company and person came, because nowadays you never know. But Im really glad I trusted it. Albert was very knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. He actually did even more than promised, and the results were amazing. No hidden feeseverything was exactly as discussed. Im very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. Great job!

Arvin is the absolute best!! He was diligent, quick, and professional. Punctual as well. He cleaned my boucle couch with extra care. He even noticed a little mark on the couch once he was heading out and took the time to clean it. Highly recommend!!!!!
