Sampa Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA

Introduction: We have a strong kids' program divided in 4-8 years old and 9-14 years old. Those over 15 years old start our adults' program, although our kids' program is huge. It is still half of the academy, and our adults' program is great because we do offer a curriculum for beginners and more advanced people. We welcome everyone. Out of shape? Non athletic? Feeling intimitade with other places? BJJ is for all ages, and we do have a strong team of members at their late 30's, 40's and 50's. Come by, and check it out!
