My job for him was to replace my old toilet and to our surprise there was more damage to the area which would need more attention and work under the house due to aging and damage. He eaxplained the issue took pictures for me and explained thouroughlyvwhat needed to be done to fix the issue. I appreciated the fact that he gave me the pros and cons of replacing the toilet and making sure the damaged flooring under the toilet may cause a worse issue if it is not repaired properly. He explained clearly which really made a difference."See more
