g. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

i. Update job and market knowledge by participating in education and networking opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations that benefit the business.

a. Develop Job Descriptions, including minimum qualifications (education, requirements, skills, abilities and experience, etc.)
