Mark with Lompoc Fence was the first to respond to my request and was available to come out same day. He and his crew were able to diagnose the problem with my parents 16+yr old garage door opener. We purchased a new one and they had it installed same day. We no longer wake up the neighborhood when we leave early in morning. Would definitely hire again.
