When our washing machine stopped drawing detergent, bleach and fabric softener, we called Jamal, who appeared at our home on the weekend, an hour after we called. He clearly knew exactly what needed to be removed and cleaned, spent considerable time fixing the problem and left the washer and laundry room in better condition than when he arrived. Jamal was friendly, helpful, competent and polite. His card says that he works as a handyman and performs appliance repairs. We'll certainly call him next time a need arises.

We had washing machine issues right before Christmas and Jamal responded and came out Christmas Eve to size up issues. He followed up promptly after we returned after holiday travel and was able to obtain parts and repair within a day of us being back. Very much appreciated!

Jamal is the best appliance repair person out there! He was faced with a difficult job on my old washing machine (replacing a moldy flange) - but he wrestled it with a smile, and then took time to show me some problems inside the machine. Explained everything, gave me really good advice that in the end saved me a TON of money. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
