As the former VP of a loan department for a San Francisco based bank (that included construction lending), I am hypersensitive to demonstrated knowledge and follow through with anyone I work with in the trades. Now that’s a mouth full! Simply stated I really enjoyed meeting Jamal. I set an appointment on Sunday, and he was at our house first thing Monday morning. Jamal quickly determined the problem, showed me the parts at issue, shot off and got replacements, then returned to do an excellent job of repair. I am very careful giving professional recommendations, but I have no hesitation in recommending Jamal. I trust his work, appreciate his pricing, and genuinely like him as I am sure you will.
