Jamal was the perfect professional, a quiet expert who immediately knew what to look for with our malfunctioning dryer. He could have suggested a new dryer or new motor, but instead went the extra mile to source parts to fix the machine. Then he cleaned the dryer and all the tubing, which had never been done.
