    Dwell Real Estate Group came in and helped us remodel my aunt’s condo when we moved her into a retirement home. After the remodel and upgrades were done we used Dwell to find a qualified renter and to manage the rental. After about a year of renting, we came into a situation where we had to sell the condo. Dwell helped make this an easy and stress-free process as the tenant decided to purchase. Dwell was very knowledgeable in all aspects of this deal, and was very comfortable with the property being sold through a trust and power of attorney.
