- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate, but can provide ballpark estimates for total jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will call my cell phone and I will meet with them to perform a walk through to view the project while listening to the customer's requests. I then do an assessment of the project scope and speak with them about potential costs and materials prior to starting the project. Some estimates may take a day or two to put together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction and maintenance work. I perform new construction, remodels and maintenance, including; flooring, siding, plumbing, doors, windows, cabinets, tile, fan and light installation, screen repair, TV & speaker installation, appliance installation, fence installation & repair, garden beds, patio covers, building sheds, concrete pouring, installation of blinds, installation of hardware like doorknobs, handles, and much more - just ask!
