- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would be happy to negotiate pricing, tailored to your specific needs and type of event. Included in my pricing, I can offer help in creating a unique drink menu that your guests will love. I am also free to address any questions or concerns regarding bar/ingredient essentials, to ensure that we will have everything we need for a smooth event. :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is always nice to have a brief chat with the customer initially (upon booking), so that I can get an idea of the event style, types of drinks that will be served, expected number of guests, etc. This also helps me better prepare for the event and allows for any concerns or questions to be address, to ensure the customer's comfort. I also like to touch base with the customer at least once in the few days leading up to the event, to assure them that everything is still on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Right before I began bartending, 9+ years ago, I participated in a 2 week bartending training course in which I learned over 100 drink recipes. I got my first bartending job immediately after that, at a local's pub in Portland, OR, where I worked for 5 years throughout college. During that time I also bartended in popular nightclubs in downtown Portland. Since then I have continued to work private events, parties, and weddings throughout Southern CA and OR.
