Ted was responsive from the word go. His communications were timely and friendly, with the right dose of professionalism. And he KNOWS. HIS. STUFF. We needed someone to help us troubleshoot a laptop, music keyboard, GarageBand, etc. Ted arrived on time (he was a few minutes early!) was friendly, and asked questions so he knew the process used. As it turns out, Ted’s background (sound engineer, among other things) was perfectly suited to help us. I give Ted a fabulous review not only because we liked him, but because he made sure we had what we needed, is following up with info to help us more, and made recommendations that our within our budget. I’m so glad we found him! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, patient, Mac professional, Ted is your guy.
