Tom Cox and TomCoxLaw recently did an entire estate plan for me which included: a living trust, power of attorney for finance, pour-over wils, and a living will (power of attorney for health care and health care directives). The documents were exactly what I needed and they were completed in 3 days, ahead of schedule. I also liked that they emailed me a draft first to review before shipping the final documents. I found TomCoxLaw.com because I was looking for a living trust. I called him and we discussed this. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained it using terms I can understand. I then ordered the living trust and it was completed in one day as promised. After reviewing the draft, I received two printed copies the following day via federal express.
