I have had the pleasure of working with Events by Dallas multiple times. She organized my baby shower, wedding and bridal shower. If you are looking for someone who cares deeply about your experience, the energies, and has an ability to catch the finer details in things, then Dallas is your girl. She had a way to make my desires and dreams up leveled and bigger than I ever imagined. Everything was always more beautiful, more touching, more sacred and more organized than I expected. With each occasion she went above and beyond. I highly recommend Dallas and her team. We had an amazing experience with Dallas! She helped take away any stress of the wedding day. Even with surprise rain she made our wedding and planning experience so magical. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wedding Day Management is $2,500 and Wedding Planning & Coordination is $3,800. Both packages include my Something Borrowed décor collection, so you don't have to buy, store, or figure out what to do with decorations afterward. Larger rental pieces are available for an additional fee. I serve couples in Grass Valley, Nevada City, Auburn, Sacramento, Yuba City, and surrounding areas. Final pricing can vary with your venue, location, guest count, and logistics, so I'm happy to talk through what makes sense for your day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation. You tell me about your date, venue, guest count, and how much support you'd like, and I help you choose the package that fits. Once you decide to book, you sign the agreement and retainer, and I set up your client portal and planning folder. From there I walk you through each phase, with a kickoff call, a 100-day call to build your timeline, and a 45-day call to finalize details. On your wedding day, I'm there to keep everything running smoothly so you can stay fully present. Whether you're planning a wedding in Grass Valley, Auburn, or Sacramento, you'll have one wedding planner and coordinator from start to finish.
