Introduction: At Form is Function, we have been challenging the status quo everyday since 1999. We do that by practicing and teaching innovative and uniquely effective methods of exercise. Our clients are the most healthy and athletic people anywhere. They get the best value between Modesto and Reno per dollar spent and per hour spent on achieving results. We travel anywhere. FIF designs workshops and courses for groups or teams for occupational injury prevention and tactical courses for fire and rescue, military and LE.
