What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is as follows: Half Day: 4 hours /$300 Full day: 6-8 hours/$600 Travel fee: $35 for everything outside of Marin Country Parking fee if required
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first discuss your needs via a free phone consultation over the phone (30 minutes) and then come up with a workable schedule for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this field for the last 20 years in luxury homes around the Bay Area as personal organizer, house manager and family assistant. Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management Anhembi Morumbi University, Sao Paulo, Brazil, 1998 Diploma of Business in Business Management: Holmes College, Melbourne VIC, Australia, 1998.
