I like how Juan does work quality. I had him paint the exterior of my house and screen doors and everything came out how I was expecting. Juan was always in punctual.

This has been the typical nightmare of what people dread when dealing with services like Thumbtack. I gave this gentleman a chance to work on my daughters nursery bathroom and even after he went over the project three times it looks horrible. Juan finally admitted that he did not have a nail gun to do the job right. I felt bad for him and I ended up paying him the rest of the $700 I owed him as he promised that he would come back to finish the job. He said he would return promptly on Monday of this past week and never showed up I had to call him three or four times because he would not answer. Then he text and said he would come this past Wednesday and again canceled. He then said he would be here Saturday morning and here it is Saturday at 2 PM and he is not answering his phone calls or his texts. This individual is a bad representation of businesses on Thumbtack. He worked on several door frames for me and now I have nails and screws sticking out that he never fixed because he never had the right equipment to do the job in the first place.
