Introduction: I am a freelance journalist and author based in the Central Valley, California. My love for writing began in high school when I worked as a reporter for the Ojai Valley News. Since then, I've been published in numerous magazines and journals. I also worked in the freelance pool for the Reno Gazette and was a feature writer for several years with the New Spirit Journal in Seattle. More than my experience, what makes me unique is that I live my passion. I paint and write full-time. My mission is to facilitate empowerment through creative expression.
