Introduction: I provide a luxury dining experience by bringing the restaurant to you. My cooking style is complex and carefully crafted, yet it has a touch of simplicity. While the style is technical and the presentations elaborate, the food itself is not intimidating, having its roots in familiar classical themes. The textures, flavors, and ingredients complement each other rather than jostling for position on the tongue. Although the guest quickly identifies everything, it still possesses that “WOW” factor. Chef Dorian was very responsive and very helpful. I emailed and text and spoke to him on the phone about every detail. The food and service was amazing. The steak was cooked to everyone’s liking the shrimp was perfect. Cheesecake was wonderful. Thank you chef for an amazing meal and dining experience.

A true professional! Chef Dorian went above and beyond our expectations for the menu we ordered. Everything was not only delicious and tasty but it was beautiful as well. He even added fresh baked dinner rolls a day before our event because I forgot to add them when I placed my order! He was very easy to work with and gave me great recommendations for all the food planning as well as menu. I was so happy with his service that we've already hired him for another party in June. Thank you Chef Dorian for making our event so special.

Chef Dorian and team were wonderful. We had a beautifully prepared and presented Thanksgiving dinner for 10 with printed menus no less. The food was delicious and everything was on time as planned. A+ Thanks again for spending the holiday with our family and making it completely stress free.

Chef Dorian was amazing. He prepared a five course dinner with wine pairing for 2 for my wife’s birthday. When I tell you it was the best meal ever, it’s an understatement. I have never eaten sea bass that melted in your mouth like butter or ate a piece of flourless chocolate cake like that before. Superb! And he was very patient and very accommodating with my laundry list of food restrictions. It was such a pleasure with working Dorian. We can’t wait to have him back for another event.

Chef Dorian was nothing short of amazing - pre, during, and post event. We had a lot of dietary restrictions on our end and he was able to accommodate all of them. Think 10 girls and 8 separate dietary restrictions. All three courses were phenomenal. I’ve attached pictures of the first and last course. Everything was my favorite part in the meal Chef Dorian served but let me tell you about the dessert - there are no words!!!Eating that cake with the homemade caramel made Chef Dorian worth every penny…then some. You NEED Chef Dorian at any party, get together and dinner you are planning!
