- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing is lower because we offer a “GENERIC CERTIFICATION CARD”. We are a ideal choice for companies with a large group of employees who need the classes without paying for a higher price to get “American Heart Association” cards. That is usually needed for people in the medical and Emergency Medical Field (EMT, Nurses,etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to find out what are the time frames and dates your company, organization or school have for the class. We are a MOBILE company and will come out to teach a class size of 10 or more....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a EMT for 32 years. I am a paramedic for 27 and a firefighter for 30 years!
