I contacted Handy Guy (Joseph) to come and do a minor plumbing task. (Tighten a nut that I could not reach) He responded right away and we set a time and date. After waiting all day, an hour before he was supposed to arrive, he called and cancelled and asked can I call you and reschedule? All this was done through the Thumbtack app. Well, I’m familiar with how the trades go and sometimes last minute delays or a demanding customer wants something done differently or better, whatever. I said sure. No sweat. Stuff comes up. He never called me back to reschedule. I tried reaching him through the same app, trying to reschedule. No response. Times 2. He just ghosted me. He had high ratings! I’m not going to agree with them. That’s just poor service Joseph: If you’re out there, I’m sorry. Ya gotta call back when you say you’re gonna call back. Good luck.
