- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically work on an hourly basis, and most organizing sessions range from 3–4 hours, depending on the space and goals. Estimates are provided up front, and final pricing is based on the actual time needed. I’m always transparent about scope and happy to adjust as expectations become clearer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief conversation to understand goals, pain points, and priorities. From there, I tackle the space together, decluttering first, then organizing by function and ease of use. I focus on creating simple systems that are intuitive and easy to maintain, and I adjust the approach as we go based on what works best for the client.

My professional experience has involved organizing complex information, improving workflows, and helping people simplify and maintain systems, skills that translate directly into thoughtful, practical home organization.
