Jen is amazing! I have had a few organizers. Some have left and I can’t find things, or they complained I lived in a two-story house, or one who went to do an errand literally around the corner and didn’t call or text to say she had stopped for an hour for lunch. Jen has been fast, efficient and respectful. I have already hired her again.

Jen helped clean and organize my son’s room. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the service. Most home organizing sessions are scheduled in 3 or 4-hour blocks, while wellness coaching and administrative support are billed hourly. I don’t provide upfront project estimates, as every client and project is unique. Discounts may be available for referrals or larger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by learning your goals and priorities, then create a practical plan tailored to your needs. I focus on simple, sustainable solutions and adjust as we go.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in nutrition, business, and systems analysis, with years of experience improving processes, managing projects, and creating efficient systems for homes and businesses.
