Vincent called me and answered all my questions very thoroughly before giving me a very fair quote to clean my windows, which beat every other quote I've received. He was extremely professional and did an extremely thorough job cleaning my windows. I will definitely be hiring him again!!

The windows were very dirty and had hard water stains on several windows. Vincent and his helper spent several hours getting every window spotless. I had both inside and outside cleaning done. He also repaired one screen. I highly recommend them

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer seniors and military discounts,current or prior and my pricing is more than fair I’m not trying to get rich just need to feed and shelter the family. Most companies out there in my opinion are way too high priced on average my customers save 30-40%compared to the competition yet still receive top quality work done.and I have been known on occasion at the end of a job on a good day knock 10-20% off the bill just because I like to give back.usually I do this with seniors and ppl on fixed incomes.i know how hard it is to get by these days so I feel every penny counts and my customers greatly appreciate it

To be honest and fair with the customer at all times and to make sure they understand exactly what they are getting
