Jose was very accomodating and helped me to troubleshoot a backed up toilet, Replaced my toilet bowl, detected and repaired several leaks I wasn’t aware which gives me a peace of mind for a trouble free next several years at my rental.

Jose from The Route to your Problem came within 45 minutes. He was very professional, prepared, and started right away. When Jose ran into a problem he stayed in touch with his office working diligently to find and resolve the problem. He cleaned up all debris leaving the area clean. My husband and I appreciated the continued updates of the situation from Jose and his office. In the end we were very satisfied with Jose’s work and will definitely keep The Route of your problem in our contact list for future work and/or references to friends and family. We also appreciated the fact that we had payment options other than Zelle and PayPal which we do not use.
