- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
LCI Services offer competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer contacts LCI we responding typically within the same day. we ask questions about the needs of the client and share the services we offer. LCI makes recommendations that are in the best interest of the client. We make visits to asses the work to be done and send an estimate. Once the estimate is approved, a date and time is scheduled. Most jobs are completed in the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
LCI Services staff have been working in the field for over six years. Carlos is our Field Manager. He started as a journey man with a well established company where he learned the trade. Isabel the administrator staff has been managing a small family businesses for over 10 years.
