Had a great experience with Build Serrano. Mauricio installed a fireplace frame with a spark screen. It was not an easy project given the surface he had to connect the frame to. But he overcame the challenges and did an amazing job installing it. I will definitely hire Mauricio again for other projects!

Mauricio did a great job turning one large, rolling gate into two smaller gates. He listened to my wants and did exactly what I asked. Some other 'pros' I had out for estimates said they couldn't do what I wanted, but Mauricio did it quickly and well! He didn't try to upsell me, but let me know that certain parts of my old gate would need to be repaired in the next few years. I recommend!

Mauricio was an absolute professional. We hired him to build a kids play structure while we were out of town right before Christmas. He had to deal with bad weather and unfortunately, many screws and boards were missing from the delivered parts and he still built it on time and handled getting all the new parts himself at home depot since there was no way to have the supplier deliver them before Christmas Eve and the structure was a surprise for our kids Christmas morning. I would hire him again in an instant.

well giving an estimate in person is better than a picture. but pictures can save a lot of time because there are some things that aren't for me and can cut to the chase with a picture

I pretty much have gotten on the job training. I've worked for construction companies and you learn something new daily
