I chose SAP garage door repair even though they initially had no reviews because I needed a fast response and the ad said 24/7. So I sent at text at 10:30pm and immediately got an answer back. We set a time for the next morning and the owner of the company was right on time. Not only was he able to get my garage door fixed in a hurry, he educated me about garage door maintenance and upkeep to keep the problem from happening again. He used high quality products and gave a super good price. He even saved me money by repairing a panel on the door instead of suggesting I replace it. bengamin from S.A.P Garage Doors came by this morning and fixed my door, which was warped and no longer closing. He came at the morning 8:30am and replaced the two damaged struts with bigger and stronger ones (parts included in price). He was done in 40 minutes.
He initially replied to my message on Thumbtack within 10-15 minutes, was professional, and very thorough in explaining things. He gave me an estimate after simply looking at pictures I sent him.
I highly recommend him.

Seriously great service. They designed and installed a garbage enclosure for our multi-unit complex. romi in the office, thank you for the great communication. ben handled the whole thing from beginning to end. This was a complex project but Edgar problem-solved the whole way through. I can't say enough about the terrific customer service, follow through + great craftsmanship. Being on the board of an HOA is a thankless and time consuming job. We rely on our vendors to make completing our to-do lists possible, thanks for the help. We are already discussing the next project!

Barak came on time and was very knowledgeable. He fixed my own condo garage door and even made suggestion for improvements like changing the rollers to silicon rollers for smoother quieter operation. I will now use them for the main gate to our condor building. Price was very reasonable,

Showed up a few hours after my call and quickly fixed the problem with my garage door that a previous company couldn't (door would open itself as soon as it closed. Other company said I needed a new opener). Charged me 89, which they said was the minimum work amount and told me that if they couldn't fix it, they wouldn't charge me. Excellent service and very timely. Highly Recommend.
