Hi, I’m a licensed B 1133329 general contractor and owner of Martinez Builder Construction. I’m proud to serve clients in your area with honest, transparent work and clear communication on every project.
With hands-on experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, room renovations, foundations, decks, concrete/driveways, gas lines, water lines, new water heaters, insulation, and more, I focus on quality craftsmanship and reliable service from start to finish.

Luis Is an expert plumber, but he can also do general handyman stuff. I hired him originally to fix the water leak which he was able to track down and repair and in the meantime, he discovered problems, not truly unexpected, in the way waste water disposal pipes had been installed in my house. He is awesome. He repaired them for a completely fair price.Hes done other things around the house as well and what he is doing right now is fixing my back gate so that I can lock it. I rely on him.

Luis helped me remodel my bathroom and he replaced my tub, vanity and new tile flooring. Hes very meticulous and a hard worker. Everything came out so beautiful. I cant ask for more. I recommend him highly. Hes honest, humble, Creative and gets the job done

We recently had our kitchen redone in Alameda and couldn't be happier with the results. He changed all my cabinets and countertops with courts, and it turned out beautiful. He Also redid my bathroom and my backyard fence. He is a jack of all trades and knows everything including Electrical. I highly recommend him and his prices are reasonable
