Cancelled less than 10 minutes prior to appointment because he said he couldn't find parking and was afraid his truck was going to be towed (there is 2 hour parking, non-metered, in the neighborhood). Didn't text me this even though he had my number. Also didn't offer to reschedule, just went dark and didn't respond to my messages. Deeply disappointed that this "pro" has 5 stars as those experience was certainly not 5 star.
