Yes. Usually we charge travel and material expenses all in the same price . Fix rated or hourly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting in contact with the customer before the appointment its critical to me , since a scope of work can prevent problems and even possible the change to not have the right tools . Making sure the customer understands and agrees on the project is crucial and ofcourse been professional on time and respectful .
