I think Maria did a good job. My house was pretty dirty with a lot of cat hair. Unfortunately, the Kitchen sink wasn't cleaned along with the area behind it. Also the shower railing guides were also missed. What was also strange was that the upstairs dusting was so hit and miss. Whole areas were untouched, including bookcases, lamps, upper shelves of a dresser etc. Maybe I was expecting too much? I wish she would have told me that she spilled a lot of dirty mop water on the carpet so I could have blotted it up more promptly. She is a hard worker. Maybe my house needed a deep clean instead of a standard clean. I did tip her. She was on time and very friendly.

I needed an RV cleaned very well, otherwise I'd be charged a massive cleaning fee. After I booked with her, she had a family emergency. But I couldn't change the day because I had to return it the next day. Well she actually made it happen in spite of everything, showed up promptly, did the job efficiently, and not a speck of dirt was left. I hope she's available if I ever need this done again!
