Michael and Jose arrived at our storage unit before we did, calling me well before arrival, being very cordial and obliging on the phone. Upon our arrival, they followed us through the gates and up to the unit with my husband to begin emptying the unit while I squared away the move with the landlord. In just a few minutes they had made major headway into emptying the unit. Always in good spirits they undertook the task of moving dusty old belongings down the hall to another unit. The kicker was in moving a large, very heavy item that took them both using one of the 2 dollies they had brought with them. The guys were professional and worked very hard, being very mindful of the time limits I had set, finishing in 2 hours. Payment via Zelle didn't work, but I had the cash on me, so in the end it all worked fine after I called their manager to straighten it out. I would suggest anyone test the payment devices before the time comes to root out any issues. All in all, I would definitely use Eagle Rising again.

Guys were on time, and quickly/easily moved two heavy beds to reposition two large rugs. They were professional and kind. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
