Dan provided an upbeat and challenging bootcamp for coworkers. He is always prepared, keeps things interesting, and has a great attitude.Jan 22, 2017Verified
My husband and I been working with Dan for over 2 years and I still look forward to every session because I know he'll push me to give it my all and that I'll feel great, even for days afterwards! He comes up with new routines every session, and also gives me feedback on my eating and fitness daily logs. He's a great guy, conscientious, always on-time and a joy to have in our lives!Jun 13, 2013Verified
Dan always keeps the workouts interesting and fun! He utilizes a variety of equipment and each session seems to include a more light-hearted, playful experience, which our group appreciates.Mar 17, 2017
Dan is the man with a plan. His exercises are challenging, but also easy to follow. He pushes you in an encouraging way, but never past your breaking point. I never knew I would like bootcamp before I met Dan.Mar 9, 2017
Dan has been an amazing trainer. Not only is he always on time and ready to go, he has a great fun attitude! He is flexible and is always showing modifications for exercises. By the end of our 45 minute sessions I am energized, excited and ready to go home and cook dinner!?! I highly recommend Dan for all of your training needs!!Mar 3, 2017
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Others will tell you to ask for Certifications and Education. However, first thing first, I urge you ask for what types of forms you will be filling out when you attend the first session. Knowing the client's health conditions, history, exercise limitations and abilities is most important. I know you're enthusiastic to exercise and make changes but begin with knowing what you are capable to accomplish. Secondly, here comes the certification. Your personal trainer should possess nationally recognized certifications such as ACE, ACSM, NASM, etc.. This assures that you are working with a professional who has the knowledge and skills to provide you with a safe and effective workout. Also, never forget to ask for a proof of liability insurance. Things happen and you want to get the protection you deserve.
