Couch Naz knows what he’s doing! He worked with me on a workout plan detailed to strengthen my weaknesses and get me the results and goals I wanted. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

Nas is a fantastic trainer! He worked with me to build a program based on my goal to build strength thru weightlifting, and the motivation and results were amazing. I was able to lift more than I thought I could! Working with him really helped me to see and believe in my own potential, not just physically but mentally too. FOR ALL THE DAWGS! And if you don’t think you are one, Nas will convince you otherwise 😌

As a beginner, I was a little nervous and wasn’t the most confident. I heard many great things from other students and professors who were trained under Nas. He is very knowledgeable and has great experience. He explained everything to me at our first session and explained the importance of everything. As soon as we started, Nas immediately understood what I responded to best. He was motivating and pushed me to be better. I always felt respected and heard. I would highly recommend being trained by Nas.

Nas is an extraordinary trainer who combines a deep knowledge of biomechanics, listens to his clients, adapts as necessary, and pushes people to go beyond what they thought was possible. Nas helped me to find strength I didn't know I had. Beyond training with him, I would hear his voice when I was pushing myself on a strenuous hike, his words being the cheerleader I needed. In short, his guidance has carried into my life beyond our training sessions and given me the tools to be a stronger and healthier person. I can't recommend him enough. By far the best trainer I've ever had.
