They listened to our vision, paid attention to every detail, and created an event that exceeded every expectation. They didn’t just plan a party—they created an unforgettable experience. Every detail, from the décor and room setup to the timeline and coordination with vendors, was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Throughout the evening, they made my wife Deb and me feel like royalty. We were able to relax, enjoy our guests, and celebrate because we knew everything was under control. Booking with BB Event Productions was the best decision ever!!! We booked BB as our day-of wedding coordinators, and Will, Devonte and Bill were so responsive to our needs prior to and the day of. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything, stayed in communication with our vendors, and even fulfilled a laundry list of new requests on the morning of the wedding! Not only were they immensely helpful, but they were also so attentive and caring; they made sure to bring us (the bride and groom) water throughout the day and continuously encouraged us to enjoy the moments of the wedding rather than stress about the timeline. And of course with their direction, everything ran so smoothly. By no means are we exaggerating when we say our special day was absolutely perfect, and we will be able to forever treasure it because of BB. Thank you so incredibly much 🥳

I booked BB Events for my daughter's 5th grade field trip event. The staff interactions prior to the event were awesome. They were able to customize the photo prints with the school logo and colors prior to the event. The on site staff were really nice, attentive and on time. The kids enjoyed all the props and photo prints immensely. All around great booking.
