We had an incredible experience working with Brenda and highly recommend her for all event planning and design needs! From the first time we connected with Brenda over the phone, I could tell that she puts her whole heart into events and my sister’s bridal shower was no exception. She listened and understood what we wanted immediately. Not only did she come over to our home in advance for a walkthrough to help plan the vision, she was incredibly responsive any time we had a question or request. She always had an answer for everything and kept us at ease, especially the day of. There are no words for how beautiful the event was from the table setup, place settings, favors and welcome table. Brenda and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and she added personal touches that meant a lot. We had very specific catering requests and the lunch and desserts that she coordinated with the chef were a huge hit. So grateful to Brenda for her warmth, attention to detail and love that she poured into all of this!

I used BB Event Productions for decorations and rentals for my daughter's baptism reception and 1st birthday party in May 2024. It was a large event at a community center with an anticipated 150-200 count guest list. During planning, Brenda was very receptive of all my questions, requests, and specifications. She asked about my budget and never pressured me into purchasing anything I didn't need. We messaged primarily over email; I never waited more than 2-3 days for a response. As the date got closer Brenda and I communicated over text. My main concern was only having an hour to setup and prepare before we had to leave for the baptism. Brenda assured me that she would have a team of people on site to help with setup. On the day of the event, we had a meetup time of 12:45. I arrived at the community center around 12:35 pm and was pleasantly surprised to see the crew already unloading rentals from the truck. I walked in and the staff was nearly done with the background, the wooden picnic table I rented for the dessert table was already setup/in place, the rented chairs were inside the hall, the linens ready to be distributed, and the crew ready to pull out & setup the tables. Will was our project manager for the day. He introduced himself, we went over a few details, timing, and then got straight to work. The staff made quick work of the setup and decorations; finishing within an hour, around the time we left for church. Communication between everyone was clear and concise. Everyone worked with purpose and direction; it didn't seem like Will had to micromanage anything or anyone. Will even brought and offered addition decoration pieces. The background was adorable! 🩷 🐻🌸 Just what I requested and was hoping for: a simpler statement piece, spot-on details, light on the balloons, but still eye-catching. I'm glad to have photo-frantic family and friends bc they took numerous pictures with it. The wooden table made a perfect palette for the desserts. It was very durable and looked nice but was light enough to migrate to the center of the room, in front of the background, when we did the cake. I'm glad I opted to rent the linens and white chairs instead of using the chairs offered by the center. They added more whimsical charm to the space and a cohesiveness to the look. I provided and prepared all the centerpieces but the team arranged just as described; they needed no alterations. At the end of the evening, Will and the staff returned promptly at 7:00 pm. The cleanup was quick and thorough. Admittedly, when I first booked with Brenda and saw the $ total I was skeptical of my decision. I thought 'why pay this much for something I could do (have done numerous times in the past?' In the end, (actually from the moment the staff got to work) I knew it was the best decision. Everything from: the conversations with Brenda, to the setup, execution, decoration details, and cleanup was transparent, swift, seamless, and stress free. Doing it on my own would have been possible but not pleasurable; I am wholly grateful for their service. Thank you to you, Brenda, Will, and the entire BB Event Productions crew for helping make this event significantly more hassle-free and memorable.

BB Event Productions is fantastic. I planned a very small wedding ceremony on a tight timeline and it went perfectly! Great communication and super helpful event instincts from Brenda. Really appreciated her expertise for my special day.

How do I even put this into words… Meeting Bill and Brenda was such a blessing. I told them from the start, I had no idea what I want or what I expect, yet they put my little sister’s 18yr old dreams into life, a dream into a reality. They listened to every word that came out of my mouth, read through the lines of every text messages and emails. They have provided me ideas that I would never have figured out myself, google cannot compare. Working with them was a blast and they kept my stress at 0%! When I unknowingly changed up the plans during the event, they were quick to adapt and make things work! (Hehe, sorry! I panicked.. dinner served early) Anyways, I know it may not be this year or next.. but I know for sure that I will be contacting them again for another big event that I will plan to celebrate! Need to save hehehe 😅 You will not be disappointed! Thank you again! I appreciate the honesty, the transparency, and just making it easy peasy lemon squeezy!
