My wife and I are first time home buyers, thus our familiarity with the steps in the home buying process was almost non existent. Throughout the process, Adrian was supportive, knowledgeable and easy going, guiding us through the home buying steps without a trace of pushiness. Adrian also displayed empathy, understood where me and my wife were coming from, and how daunting the home buying process can be for first time buyers. When offer time came around, he worked hard behind the scenes with the listing agents and the lender to ensure everything was in place, and that our family's needs were met or exceeded in the home that we purchased. Simply put, Adrian did an excellent job as a realtor, and without his work, we likely wouldn't have been to land a house in Alameda. My two girls of 9 and 13 years are appreciative too, as now they finally get their own bedrooms. Score.

Hi I just bought my first home an I em very great full to have had Adrien Veliz as my realtor he is very genuine, very respectful an understanding, an very professional he meet all my standers by far an he is a very easy going person overall. Any questions I had concerns I had he had the answer for me . The experience I had working with Adrian Veliz was great I highly would recommend him to anyone he is a great realtor a person that he makes u feel like family from the moment u meet him. I recommend if u looking to buy a home he is the rite guy for the job I wouldnt go to anyone else it was a pleaser for me an my family having him with us throw this journey.
