- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real-Estate: The basic price includes interior and exterior high quality photos. Turnaround time within 24 hours, possibly by 9am the next morning. Additional services are available upon request: Twilight (dusk) photos, Matterport 3D virtual tour and a custom web page with a private domain. Architectural, Interior Design and construction: Hourly rate for photo shoot + editing fees
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Real-Estate: I need about 3-4 days notice but may be available for last minute requests. I deliver the photos usually by 9am the next morning, no more than 24 hours from the time I finished the photo shoot. 3D tour may take 24 hours, floor plans up to 48 hours. I send an invoice together with the photos and I expect payment within a few days.

Realtors, constructors, architects, interior designers, marketing companies and other individuals
