I contacted Greg on a Sunday morning concerning a leaking hose bib and he graciously agreed to fix the problem that day. He came to the house within an hour or so and fixed the problem. Very friendly and accommodating. Will call again for other plumbing issues.

I needed to install a drain pipe for my washer, a water line from my sink to the fridge, and an air gap for the dishwasher. 3 things on my to-do list and Greg tackled all of them in a few hours! He had all the right tools and parts for each of the appliances, worked efficiently, and was incredibly polite.
Highly recommend! I'll be using Greg for all of my plumbing needs.

Out of the three estimates i received this afternoon Greg was great. He was the only one of the plumbers to go into my attic to look for the leak and he was the only one who had me turn the water on. He identified the problem right away and had the part in his truck and he replaced it in less than 30 minutes. Big thanks to Greg at Rooter-tec! He was professional and I will definitely call him with my next plumbing issue.

Greg was on top of the job and the estimate he gave originally was accurate. It was also the best estimate I got from almost 8 other companies I checked with. I would call Greg for all my plumbing needs in the future. He was also kind enough to unclog my bathroom sink which had been unusable for almost a year now. Even though it was not part of the work order but he obliged anyways. My new water heater is working great and I am very happy with Greg's work.
