Great experience. Mike responded within an hour and was able to accommodate a next-day appointment. He repaired the drain pump on my LG washer, which had been incorrectly installed by another contractor. He even purchased washer cleaner without me requesting it, repositioned both the washer and dryer, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. Five-star service—highly recommended.
