had a bad hard drive with very important reports and pictures on it. Thought I had lost everything until I took it to Fitz. I've never seen anyone work so hard to save my stuff, and he was successful. Very reasonable and the tune up was incredible didn't know my old computer could run so fast. i would recommend Fitz to all!
