Mr. McGinty was very impressive from the start. From the 1st couple of messages, I could sense he had integrity and honor as well a being very professional. I'm thankful that I was able to find such an honest gentleman that was able to address my issue and get my laptop back up and working properly again. he explained everything thoroughly even through the process of the repair and being as accurate as a possibly could be in addressing and repairing my issue. My pricing is on service. If you need a hardware component (like a laptop screen), you pay me the same as you would pay if you bought the screen yourself, I don't increase the hardware price.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have customers with mini-pc's, laptops, customers with servers, customers with mainframes. Customers with experience, or no experience; customers that are first time buyers; customers that need advice only, or guidance; I am basically customer centric.
