Introduction: I take great pride in my long standing career with a degree in Animal Behavior and Sociology, training the family pet, champion, therapy dogs and pets with disabilities over 20 years. Retired in 2014 40 years as a RVT and teaching veterinary medicine. I have wonderful relationships with my pet parents and have mad many friends throughout my career. I am a very personal person I love what I due and its great satisfaction to see end product with the relationship with the pet parent and their pet. I keep my fees lower to help all in need to seek professional help for their family pet. All dogs want to please their owners but it is hard to know right from wrong until they given positive structure training so they can be a beloved member of the family. My career has been very rewarding in many career opportunity choses I have taken, I been very blessed with my career. It gives me great satisfactions make families hole and pets to have a forever loving home

If you’re looking for a dog trainer, LOOK NO MORE! She’s right here and her name is Connie Hoffman! Connie is BEYOND AMAZING at what she does and has quite an extensive resume. When my husband and I first got our sheltie, Winston, we were absolutely thrilled! However, we immediately knew that having a dog like Winston, required proper training and that is when we decided to hire Connie! When we first met with her, Connie visited our home and met Winston for the first time. She went through the obedience training contract with us and also walked us through EVERYTHING we needed to get in order to provide Winston the healthy lifestyle he deserves. From going over what food and supplements to buy to grooming essentials - Connie covered it all from A to Z. My husband and I went through the first set of obedience classes with Connie and Winston passed with flying colors. We eventually proceeded with going through the Canine Good Citizen course with her and Winston has yet prevailed! He is officially CGC CERTIFIED - all thanks to Connie of course! Connie truly guides you on how to raise an amazing dog but the catch is, you, as a responsible owner, NEED to put the work in. Thanks to Connie, Winston receives compliments left and right for his manners inside and outside the house. So far, we’ve recommended Connie to our coworkers, neighbors, and friends!

Connie has been great to work with. She really knows her stuff and has worked tirelessly with our been extremely stubborn dog. She spent over an hour in our first meeting going over every issue we wanted to work on and we made a plan to work on each of them. Our dog has made huge improvements in the time she's worked with Connie and I think even more importantly we have learned how to continue working with our dog to get the results we're looking for. I would highly recommend working with Connie.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will very, it depends on what type of care/services you are needing for your pet I do offer senior (55 +) discounts. Adult and puppy 7-week training program start 175.00 for the full 7-week class. hour fee 25.00 to 50.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak on the phone set up a time and day to meet to movie forward to meet their pet care needs and solutions.
