- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a variety of cleaning services to choose from. We offer customized cleaning and other types of services based on our client's requests. If a service is not listed that you require, please reach out to our customer support representatives. We will be happy to assist you with any customized cleaning requests. Deep Cleaning - recommended as an initial very thorough service to be followed by regular housekeeping services Basic / Regular Housekeeping - recommended for regular home maintenance Facade Cleaning - light, touch-up cleaning recommended for properties that do not require scrubbing Home Detailing - a thorough top to bottom cleaning to restore your home cleanliness to its original look Customized Cleaning Services / For before and after Special Occasions Move-in
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to perform an initial walk-through with each and every client before beginning services. This allows us to understand what specifically needs to be done and gives us a chance to customize the service based on the client's needs and preferences. Everyone's idea of what clean and or dirty is always tends to be different. Over the phone I may quote you for a standard cleaning and come to find out you really need a deep cleaning which may change the price the time frame of the project and may also change your mind at the time of service. So we like to make sure that we are all on the same page. To eficienly help you with the process, step by step til the cleaning project is done.

Our staff is professionally trained and experienced by our CEO at trustyjoycleaning.com which is highly educated on wellness and good environmental health on an active day. Each crew shadows a maintenance manager before hiring.
