I contacted Edwin on a Friday evening about our AC not blowing cold air. Our normal HVAC company that we use couldn’t provide service until Monday. I was a little hesitant about reaching out to someone new. However, Edwin was quick to respond, came out that same evening, provided me with calls and photos as he was working on the roof, and the AC quickly blew cold air again. So far, the unit is working as it should. We’re happy that we found Edwin.

Honesty, Integrity, Professional!! I HIGHLY recommend AR-24/7. Every question or concern I had, Daniel addressed before I made decision to hire them. The complete HVAC system he installed is quiet, clean and awesome! If you need any service or a new installation, I think you owe yourself the experience of dealing with Daniel. Let me say, I have only GREAT things to say about ANSON and his Company! I needed new ductwork installed in this heatwave, and the company that replaced the HVAC system a year ago was unable (or unwilling) to do this because of the heat and his [busy] schedule. Thumbtack gave me QualityCare, and within minutes, Anson called to discuss my issue. He is Professional, Honest, Resilient and told me to let him know if the original guy schedules me.
After 11 days, I still got nothing, so ANSON told me on Saturday to give him 3 minutes to make a call and see if he could have one of his guys go inspect the attic and vents. He called me back and schedules with me early Monday morning to inspect. A 2nd guy brought out materials to the job and the 2 worked together to get this installed. My Tenant is extremely happy now with 100+degree temps in HEMET!
I RECOMMEND ANSON & Quality Air to anyone needing honest, excellent work done. It is great having a Company like this on Thumbtack. Use them, you won't be sorry!!
