I’m a new home owner and was trying to get a washer installed. Frank came out and patiently took his time to diagnose the issue, ensuring that we had all the information and evidence needed to decide what to do next. Turns out, our new home which was built in the 1950s had cracked and corroded cast iron pipes throughout the house and in our front yard. Obviously, this is an incredibly stressful and worst situation for any new home owner to discover, and had to replace asap. Frank, his manager, and the rest of the team at HSR&P were so empathetic, efficient and very professional. They completely fixed my issue in two days, just in time for my previously scheduled appointment with movers. While stressful, they made the process so much better for us because you felt that you could trust them. Special thanks to Frank for going through this with us from start to finish, and thanks to the team at HSR&P for their hard work. I liked the follow up reminders and letting me know the day of when the tech was on his way.Unfortunately our current system is not working anytime we use the upstairs heater. We had contacted Evolution and Air since our original installer had retired and was having health issues.Anyhow Ricky came as our tech. He was professional, considerate of our home, and after evaluating the issue took his time to explain what was wrong with it. (Manufacture overheating issues because of zoning configuration).Anyhow I appreciated that this was not a rush evaluation and even after the service when I had questions Evolution was responsive. 3/31/2022 Honesty, Integrity, Professional!! I HIGHLY recommend AR-24/7. Every question or concern I had, Daniel addressed before I made decision to hire them. The complete HVAC system he installed is quiet, clean and awesome! If you need any service or a new installation, I think you owe yourself the experience of dealing with Daniel. I didn't even mind paying the BILL! I took his cards and will absolutely recommend AR-24/7 to all my family and friends and even my own customers. You won't be sorry!!

Let me say, I have only GREAT things to say about ANSON and his Company! I needed new ductwork installed in this heatwave, and the company that replaced the HVAC system a year ago was unable (or unwilling) to do this because of the heat and his [busy] schedule. Thumbtack gave me QualityCare, and within minutes, Anson called to discuss my issue. He is Professional, Honest, Resilient and told me to let him know if the original guy schedules me. After 11 days, I still got nothing, so ANSON told me on Saturday to give him 3 minutes to make a call and see if he could have one of his guys go inspect the attic and vents. He called me back and schedules with me early Monday morning to inspect. A 2nd guy brought out materials to the job and the 2 worked together to get this installed. My Tenant is extremely happy now with 100+degree temps in HEMET! I RECOMMEND ANSON & Quality Air to anyone needing honest, excellent work done. It is great having a Company like this on Thumbtack. Use them, you won't be sorry!!
