The technician, Sam, arrived on time and inspected my attic where the air system was located. He informed me that he found mold, showed me photos and videos he took, and I was shocked. He showed me photos that my ducts up there were clean and didn’t need cleaning, which was what I thought I needed. I had another company come out before Sam, and they didn’t say anything about the mold (I assumed they didn’t check as thoroughly), so I’m happy I got a second opinion. This is why I always need to get multiple quotes because every company will tell you something different and give you a wide range of costs. The services Sam completed: vacuumed air return system, cleaned and disinfected main system, used KILZ to prevent mold growth, 5-year warranty. I was very happy with his work, explanations, reassurances that my ducts/vents were not the current problems. The warranty policy helped seal the deal, so I scheduled a follow up inspection a year from now. Thank you!"See more

Let me say, I have only GREAT things to say about ANSON and his Company! I needed new ductwork installed in this heatwave, and the company that replaced the HVAC system a year ago was unable (or unwilling) to do this because of the heat and his [busy] schedule. Thumbtack gave me QualityCare, and within minutes, Anson called to discuss my issue. He is Professional, Honest, Resilient and told me to let him know if the original guy schedules me. After 11 days, I still got nothing, so ANSON told me on Saturday to give him 3 minutes to make a call and see if he could have one of his guys go inspect the attic and vents. He called me back and schedules with me early Monday morning to inspect. A 2nd guy brought out materials to the job and the 2 worked together to get this installed. My Tenant is extremely happy now with 100+degree temps in HEMET! I RECOMMEND ANSON & Quality Air to anyone needing honest, excellent work done. It is great having a Company like this on Thumbtack. Use them, you won't be sorry!!
