David D. says, "Contacted Alpine Plumbing for a fix job on an existing shower spout/diverter that had broken off. I was given a time frame for the same day. The company called to confirm that the appointment was set up and that the tech would be calling to confirm time. The tech Shaun, called shortly thereafter and confirmed the time and location. After arriving and introducing himself we looked at the problem and what might be done to resolve the issue. after looking at several options it became clear that the older tiles in the bathroom would dictate working from the outside. An estimate was then established as a preliminary and Shaun went to work. The work was done well and competently. The piping was fixed/replaced and a new bath spout/diverter was installed. Stucco was replaced and job was finished. Clean up was done and Price remained the same as the estimate. In all I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing repairs."See more

The motor was super dirty, and he explained that the coil probably was too, since air flows through both. He actually showed us the coil once it was open—yeah, it needed a cleaning (extra cost, but worth it). He also checked the heat exchanger because another company had claimed it was cracked and dangerous. Turns out, it wasn’t cracked at all. We ended up signing up for a maintenance plan to keep everything safe moving forward. Best part? We didn’t even pay for the original service. Appreciate the honesty and transparency. We’ll definitely recommend Noe and his team!"See more
