My pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and the condition of the project, because every pool and spa job has its own needs. I believe in clear, honest estimates with no hidden fees, so customers know exactly what they’re getting. My focus is on providing fair pricing, quality workmanship, and real value rather than cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with learning what the customer needs, then scheduling an on-site visit to inspect the pool or spa and discuss options. After that, I provide a clear estimate, explain the work in detail, and keep communication open from start to finish so the customer knows what to expect every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although my business is new, I have hands-on experience in the pool and spa industry, and the professionals I work with bring over 50 years of combined experience. Our background covers pool and spa remodeling, replastering, tile, repairs, and finish work. I also have a military background, which shaped my work ethic and makes attention to detail, discipline, and follow-through a standard part of every job. We take pride in doing quality work and making sure each customer gets professional, dependable service.
