I am very happy. I contacted them about a very uncommon repair that I didn't know who to call to fix it. My 40 year old sowing machine was sounding strange and I didn't feel safe using it anymore. The technician Anton came and was able to diagnose the problem and repair it on the spot. He was so polite and even made sure everything was clean when he left. He even smelled good! I'm very impressed!
